20 Minute SALTY TABATA CIRCUIT ROUTINE
I think I have a love/hate relationship with tabatas, but it’s a definite boredome buster. Left me dripping and tasting my sweat (SEE PHOTO). This work out is great to sent the fat running.
If you’re not sure what tabatas are, it’s basically a form of HIIT Training which has 8 rounds of 20 seconds HARD work and 10 seconds rest. You’ll need an interval timer for this, which you can use online. I took a 1 minute break in between each round.
20 second BURPEES 10 minute Rest x8
20 second HIGH KNEES, 10 second Rest x8
20 second MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, 10 second Rest x8
